My Story

Hi there, my name is Gracia Ann-Marie. My friends call me Graish. I live a not-so-normal life; and this blog is to document my adventures for everyone to read.

I have lived a life full of pain, sorrow and sickness, but I have also lived a life filled with love, grace, and restoration. My life is a true testament to the Lord's faithfulness.

10 years ago I was struck with terrible chronic, invisible illnesses (POTS, Dysautonomia, Fibromyalgia, EDS); causing my life to be turned upside down, and ultimately leading me to drop out of high school at the age of 16, in the middle of my sophomore year. I was on bed rest for 2-3 years.

In those years, I saw my life flash before my eyes more times than I can count, I witnessed my body failing as each second passed, I experienced a loneliness I had never known before, and I lost everything. My health, my friends, my life; heck- I even lost a lot of my hair at one point.

I lost everything, 

I gained the one thing I had been missing the whole time: 

Jesus.

My story is about pain. My story is about beauty. My story is about Jesus.

I have lived through storms, clouds, rainbows, and sunshine.

This is my story. He is my story. He is my Sunshine.
